Debt counselling is a regulated statutory process under Section 86 of the National Credit Act No. 34 of 2005. Debt Guidance is operated by Carolina Guevara Harris, registered with the National Credit Regulator under certificate number NCRDC3152. All debt review outcomes are subject to individual affordability, creditor negotiations, and Magistrate Court or National Consumer Tribunal consent orders.
